ZATOICHI 座頭市 (26th – Darkness is His Ally)



This is Katsu Shintaro’s 26th, and his last Zatoichi movie.
There are 17 subtitles available in the setting with English as the default. Some of these subtitles were downloaded from internet, and were Google translated. Some have known translators, some don’t. As you know, Google Translate does not give accurate translation, there are, therefore, errors in concepts, syntax, and grammar as expected. I am not a linguist, hence unable to verify, and could only do the best to edit some lines.

    23:10〜座頭市の映画でお馴染みのイカサマ場面なんだけど、22:06で「一の目が五の字」というのを見せておいて、その後壺から出たサイコロの一の目をちゃんと画面に映すことで「あー、やったな。」とわかるようになってるのが細かいところ。
