Hiroyuki Sanada 真田広之 in Furuhata Ninzaburō 古畑任三郎 with Masakazu Tamura 田村 正和　Song 愛の轍　Ai no wadachi

Furuhata Ninzaburō 古畑任三郎 is a Japanese murder mystery/drama well known because of it’s cleverness (similar to Columbo) as the main character played by Masakazu Tamura 田村 正和 in a very quirky way. The show was known for hosting lots of very famous Japanese as suspects/victims. Really enjoy this show, and have watched several episodes now that I was able to get DVDs (recently re-released). Sanada’s performance in this as Kazuo Yura was excellent. Though I am impressed by almost all his performances, I do enjoy when he gets a chance to play the villain! Very intimidating! LOL

Highly recommend this show, not sure if it’s possible to find anywhere (as I said, I got several episodes on DVD from Amazon Japan).
