I truly love Arashi. But 95% of the time I don’t understand what they are laughing or saying . It would be nice if there’s English subtitles for the whole world to enjoy 100%.
Today's guest is Sho Sakurai. Masaki Aiba arranges entertainment to make Sho happy. The concept is Masaki takes Sho to Chiba(the prefecture where Masaki from) and let him experience things 'for the first time' . On the way going to Chiba, they have conversation about the hardest work they have done after they made debut as Arashi. Sho has two. One is to test wherther or not a Tshirt drys by sky diving. The other one is scuba diving without oxigen in January ocean in order to take shells. He was almost dead. Masaki's is the human bird. He thought flying 50m would be good enough, but the record was only 14cm. Right after the moment he took off ,he fell vertically into the water. (to be continued )
Vol.2 They talk about the psychic phenomenon. When Sho and Maski had shooting in the sea of trees, they were told that the door to hell would open at 2am. On the way they ran, Masaki found a torso of a taxi driver on a stump. He says he still remembers the half body crearly.
They reach the destination. Masaki takes Sho to a fishing port. Sho loves shells so much.There he can eat the shells as much as he wants. Those are fresh out of the sea. He is so happy. Also he amezed by Masaki's undrestanding. Nevertheless he never announced that he was a shell lover, Masaki noticed that Sho ate mostly shells at a Sushi Restraunt. Masaki says he can tell what Sho is thinking by just looking at his expression because they have worked for 14or15years together. The lady who cooks sea food for them says she loves Arashi and watchs them everyday, but not familiar with their songs. Sho says this luxurious sea food BBQ is something he experienced 'for the first time' . Masaki is glad to hear Sho says 'for the first time' . (to be continued)
Vol.3 Masaki has reserved broad beach and beachhouse for this project. Also he cooks pasta dish for Sho . Masaki cooked only once before. Therefore, it's no wonder that he forgets the recipe. The girl in the beachhouse is big fan of Sho. Masaki lets her taste the pasta and asks her opinion which is the same as his own. While Masaki is strugging in kitchen, Sho is sleeping outside. The dish completed is not solty enough, but Sho was greatful, saying the flavor of garlic and the taste of Shirasu (tiny, solty fish) add the accent. He concludes that taste dosen't matter. The love of the parson who cooks matters.
After lunch, they enjoy marine sports. Firstly, they play surfing but the waves of this sea are too calm for surfing. They give it up soon. Secondly, they play kayak, but the waves are too rough for kayak. After runnning in the water at shore and playing beach tennis, they playe the Sumo Tube game. They put on the Sumo-wrestler-shaped- baloons, and slide the surface of the water. Both Sho and Masaki likes this game alot. Sho says its fun especialy when they bump each other.
They have alot of sand in their swimpants, and bath in outside hot spring. When they gets out of the bath, Sho scolles Masaki becouse Masaki dosen't cover his front.
Vol.4 There is eyemask on Sho's eyes. When they moved in the car, he already couldn't see anything. Since early in the morning this day, he was warring about the trap he may be trapped……could be special spicy pot, could be bungee, could be a test of courage….anything with intention of evil. He wonders what happens to him this time. He is so nervous. Masaki escorts Sho to the place with a great view. After Sho removed the eyemask, he is stunned by looking at the view like a post card. One can see the beautiful panorama which angle is more than 180 degree.
They have conversation about future dreams, or plans for 5years later. Masaki says he dosen't make plans that much. He tendes to focuses on particuler things too hard untill he breaks down. After suffering from pneumothorax in 2002 and 2011, he learned it, but still he goes bald-headed. Sho understands Masaki's feelings: making plans limits his move.
Sho asks Masaki another question. For example,If you were to marry, how do you imform the members? Masaki says he would tell them directry. 'I'm getting married!' Sho bursts out the drink and says, their reaction would be the same. But they must do it anyway. (to be continued)
Vol.5 Masaki says he wants to share a tune with Sho. At first, Sho wasn't pleasent to do it because it's like something young couples do. But at last, he agrees listening to the music together with Masaki. Sharing the music and watching the sun set makes Sho feel nice. They are sitting on the bench side by side. Masaki lets Sho run to the light pole, and press the button on it. On the way to the pole, Sho falls into the trap hole. Everyone -including shooting crue-loughs. Masaki is delighted. Sho crys out : he was sure that the something wrong was prepared for him. Masaki comes running to Sho, and tell Sho to look up the sky. They watched the fireworks in the sky and get exited. Masaki lets Sho say : watching fireworks in the hole is something I experienced ' for the first time'. Then, Masaki says that he has not fell into a hole so far, and asks Sho what's it like, how he feels. Sho answers that he wants to send a massage of hell to them all from the bottom of his heart. Masaki too, falls into the hole. He complains that it's hard to recognize where the hole is actually hiding. After they get out the hole, the cameraman falls into the hole.He is more clumsly and comical than Sho or Masaki. Sho wants to be left to taste the aftermath of the beautiful view. He complains: for what he fell. The cameraman is so funny that Sho stands out not that much.
