(After the end credits you’ll see Katsu driving and singing.)
A rare behind the scenes look at filming the Zatoichi movies, and Shintaro Katsu, born Toshio Okumura (奥村 利夫 Okumura Toshio). You’ll also see him having a bit of fun at a club, and time with talking and eating with his family, you’ll also see Katsu playing music.

This documentary is available on the Criterion DVD&Blu-Ray box set on the Supplements disc. This is from my copy. I hope Zatoichi fans will enjoy it.

  2. "Zatoichi" just like a Polish "fire and sword". Old action cinema based on talent, not effects. It's great to watch. The actor playing the role is a true icon. Greetings from Poland.
