Great way to portray real life stories even though these particular stories are all fictional I'm sure many viewers watching can actually relate to at least one story if not more. Very enjoyable plus I always ended up being hungry lol

2019's Midnight Diner is awful. As per usual Netflix filled another show with a forced agenda. The stories are no longer believable. Feels like propaganda rather than casual conversations had by strangers & regulars. Such a shame, as I love the original soooo much. I was excited to see returning characters, but they are nothing more than a shadow of their former selves.
Just binge watched the original Midnight Diner and Tokyo Stories. Wish we got more seasons. Loved this gem of a show on Netflix
